You know I feel that justice will be served. I applaud the Hatian Government. The sheer arrogance of these people to walk out with kids is so common with certain types of missionaries. Its about time they get called on it.

And they're from Idaho! We have some bedrock fundamentalist groups in this state. Nice to see that they are being "recognized'.

You know what cracks me up? The attitudes of some Baptist fundies that I work with. They were quite pleased the idiots got busted. They agree it was illegal and immoral to take the kids away, their reasoning,, That country is with such major losses it needs those kids. There are parents that lost children and children that lost parents, that country needs to put these lost souls together to form families.

I would have honestly thought that they would have sided with the missionaries. go figure.

The sad part is that some parents give up their children to these people because they can't care for them. Mothers will give up a child in the hopes that they will have a better "adopted" life. Haitians face the cruelist poverty and make unimaginable choices.

Yes and those parents were blatantly lied to by these god fearing Christians. These 10 were also warned to not do it. I would say they are going to be in Haiti longer than they wanted.

Parents want the best for their kids these people played on fear as do sex traffikers. They promise the parents a better life for their kids , pay a few dollars and the kid gets sold into sex slavery or servile work. Its the worst form of human depravity to feed off the fears of parents. I do hope Haitian laws provide for capital punishment for this crime. I sense Baptists all over the world turning their backs on these people and I sense their church at home is gearing up for deniability. Wanna bet there are connections in that church that knew what these 10 were doing ? I wonder if our Government will seek out these accomplices. I certainly hope so.
